Flickr comes under the Habit 7 1/2: Play. Didn't read to many directions, just muddled along and figured it out.
Created an account, uploaded picture, and used Flickr's blogging tool to post.
I have used pictures from Flickr but have never uploaded. I've used Picassa. Very useful to know cause I think Flickr works very slickly with blogger.
